I WAS A CLIENT THERE FOR MANY YEARS, BUT HAD BEEN WARNED BY MANY TO TAKE MY MONEY AND PET ELSWHERE. I WENT TO TAKE MY PET FOR HIS ANNUAL SHOTS AND CHECK-UP WAITED FOR OVER 40 MINUTES, WAS ONLY ENGAGED WHEN I INQUIRED, AND WHEN FINALLY SEEN BY THE VET, HE WAS ARGUMENTATIVE AND AGGRESSIVE WHEN I EXPLAINED THAT I WAS NOT HAPPY ABOUT WAITING 40 MINUTES WITHOUT EXPLANATION. WHEN I ASKED WHO DO I BILL FOR MY TIME AND WAS WALKING OUT, HE YELLED "" I'M FIRING YOU AS A CLIENT, DO NOT COME BACK"" THERE WAS NOONE IN THE WAITING ROOM WHEN I ARRIVED AND NOONE WHEN I LEFT. WHEN I WAITED IN THE LOBBY ALL I COULD HEAR WAS LAUGHING AND HORSEPLAY IN THE BACK, AND I GUESS THAT IS WHY I WAS UPSET. I WILL NEVER RECCOMEND THEM TO ANYONE!! THEY ARE MORE CONCERNED ABOUT YOUR WALLET THAN YOUR PETS WELL BEING AND YOUR TIME!!
