Review content:
This is a very modern looking, large, nice salon. The owner is a doll and several of the stylists go around the country teaching classes so they are very skilled. Bennie even has his own product line that is really good. The first cut I got here was a great, a big change from my previous look. I was happy even though it was $50 just for the cut. Over the course of a year the price raised every time I got my cut until it was $65. I was never told each time that the price had gone up. After they had reeled me in the stylist seemed to spend less time on me and even when I said I wanted something a little different she would just trim up the cut I had and give me a blowout instead of styling my hair in a different look. The last straw was when I paid $65 just for highlights that left my hair frizzy and she didn't even dry and style my hair, just sent me to the corner to blowdry it myself. The people working there aren't real big on getting to know the clients and some of them really seemed to look down their noses at me.
Pros: they give a good head massage when shampooing
Cons: uppity staff, didn't listen to what I wanted
