Review content:
I called the eye center and told them exactly what my prescription was and what kind of contacts I was wearing and what kind of frames my glasses are and that I only wanted new lenses for my glasses. The lady was REALLY nice and told me the ""WHOLE APPOINTMENT"" would only cost $23 out the door. I said great get me an appointment.
So, less than a week later I went in and spoke with a nice lady inside and an older lady in the back called out from behind a wall and said my appointment just for glasses would be $50!!! And my insurance won't cover anything. I showed the nicer lady my insurance card and again explain my entire vision record and she said ""Ok it'll be $33 for the whole app because my prescription has expired.""
AFTER the appointment the same old lady in the back yelled out that it didn't matter what they had told me before it was now going to be $55 like she wanted the first time and that my insurance still didn't matter!!! Then came over and talked to me like I was in 3rd grade and explained that ""they can't look at me when I walk in and just know what kind of appointment I'll need without some kind of help from me."" then walked away.
I again explained that I HAD told them on the phone,. in person, AND to the DOCTOR what I needed. I finally got out of the and HOUR AND FORTY FIVE MINUTES LATER AFTER the doctor was done with me only paying $43.
They have just made it cheaper and EASYER to drive to Idaho to get things taken care of. These people want $69.99/box of contacts and Idaho only wants $39.99 for TRIFOCULES!!!!!!!
WTF people???? Seriously??????
