My wife and I went to sizzler last Saturday night. they were lined out the door. It took us about 25 minutes to get thru the line and place our order. after that we had to wait about 2 or 3 minutes for a table. We often patronize this restaurant and we always love it. The food is always good. The steaks are good quality usually pretty tender. They have some great seafood, I love the Steak and Colossal Shrimp. The Salmon is always fresh and very good. My wife usually just has the Salad Bar and loves it. This time I had an issue with my steak being overcooked. I mentioned it to our server the manager came by and appologized and offered to get us another one. I told him that I didn't have time to wait for another steak as we were on our way to a movie. He refunded my meal and gave me certificates for another time and let me eat my meal. Where do you see anyone standing behind their product like this. Cudos to Sizzzler. Pros: Salad Bar, Food Quality Cons: Very busy on weekends
