Review content:
I called a couple of times for a roofing estimate. I never got a call back, but today I saw a man walking around in my fenced back yard. I asked who he was and asked if he had knocked on the front door. He said he was from Fred Hartel and that he doesn't knock because he is a roofer!?!? His attitude was very unprofessional and so I asked for the name of his boss. He said he was the boss and so I asked him to leave. I won't be doing business with such an arrogant business owner.
