Review content:
I try to see the best in everyone and everything, so when I complain about something I mean it. I park on the normal basis by the rivercenter, for the most part everything goes right, except for a few major things. Car break ins at the East Crockette and Bowie intersection is a problem. At least 5 co workers of mine and my car have been broken into on the lot in broad daylight. The break ins have seemed to stop, but then I just got in the mail a ticket issued by Central Parking for non-payment. The problem is that I did pay, but all there is is a box to put money in so of course I have no reciept. The ticket gets sent off to an outside company located somewhere in Colorado(which is actually just an attorney just collecting money) The phone number provided to dispute the ticket is nothing more than an answering machine, in which you're wasting your time leaving a message because they never do call back(although I have left more than a dozen messages) When I call the parking company all they will tell you is that once the ticket is issued(by them) it is out of their hands. So basically when they make a mistake, they wash their hands of it, and make it your problem. So total cost and all I paid the $5 to park for the day, and the ticket is $45. I have not yet paid this, so if there is anybody out there that has any suggestions of what to do please email me with it. RyanHettenhausen@yahoo.c o m thanks
