Review content:
I Googled moving companies in Houston, which is how I found Watson Moving & Storage. I purposefully chose them for 3 reasons: 1) the length of time they had been in business; 2) the customer reviews they had online; and 3) the fact that they do not have an hourly rate, like other moving companies.
Watson Moving & Storage was very helpful and really nice. The woman I emailed with helped me get an estimate on how much the move would cost. They also came out to the apartment to do a box count and give us a more accurate estimate.
They had to move us out of a really big 2-bedroom apartment and down 3 flights. At the beginning, we had 5 guys moving us and then 3 went on to another move while 2 remained to finish the job. They were fast, efficient, and had good attitudes.
When one of the movers broke a glass picture frame, he came and told us right away. They were very remorseful. We really appreciated the way that they handled the situation.
At the new location, they moved everything where we wanted it to be. They also broke down the boxes, laying them on the floor before they brought in the dollies, so none of the floors got scuffed.
We would definitely recommend Watson Moving & Storage. They are good people to work with.
