Beware of the entrapment practices by Mr Wallace at this Marina. I have leased a slip there for many years and now that I wish to move my boat to another marina he refuses to provide haulout services, forcing me to hire a crane and have my boat lifted out at a public pier at big cost. He is the only marina on the lake and will charge you whatever he wants for services. He also has a hidden clause in the lease contract stating that if you sell your boat he gets a 5% commission for doing nothing!! You have been warned!!
