Review content:
We had a nearly 1.5-year saga with Scott and our order for a small fence that was finally delivered after we threatened a lawsuit. At the beginning, he was available practically 24/7 to help us through the process. He would call daily in case we had any questions. Literally the second after we gave him our several thousand dollar downpayment, ""poof!"", it was nearly impossible to get a hold of him. Once we did, after several weeks of daily calls and escalating concern, he had excuse after excuse--deaths and injuries and the whole nine yards. So we gave him the benefit of the doubt and started over with him, and he STILL was unavailable. The deadline for shipping came and went by over 2 months. His poor receptionist had to constantly cover for him until we told her we would sue them if they did not ship the fence. We are calm and reasonable people who have worked extensively with contractors, and consider Scott the worst by far. We were sure we had been scammed for the first time ever, when suddenly the fence arrived too late in the season to install. It sat in our garage for 8 months.
It's beautiful, but every time I look at it I remember what a painful process it was dealing with Scott. If I had to do it over again, I'd just make do with landscaping, or search for another company.
