I did not want to give this dry cleaner any stars, but I had no choice. One star is generous. It was the worst experience I ever had with a dry cleaner. I dropped off 2 black Jackets and one Pink coat to get cleaned. NONE of them got cleaned. They were only pressed down. I noticed the Pink coat was not cleaned right away because of the light color. The old man in the store told me to leave it and he will get cleaned ?fee of charge?. Mind you I already paid close to $40 before I received them. As I was inspecting the other two, I noticed my black jacket still had the stain. The stain was the reason for the dry cleaning. The old man licked his thump and tried to remove the stain right in front of me. I was in shock, I did not know what to say or even how to respond. That was revolting. This jacket still hangs in my closet with the plastic bag on it. In any case, I left the Pink jacket to dry cleaned it again. After a week I went back to pick it up. The stains were still there. To make a long story short, do not bother going to that store. They can iron but they cannot clean.
