I am so thankful to EcoClean! Charles was out within an hour from my somewhat desparate call, and he got at least 99 of a previous cleaner's carpet fragrance from my carpet. He worked so hard and had empathy for my concerns. I am chemically sensitive, and even though I was clear (to the prior cleaner) that I needed all non toxic and fragrance free, and was told that he could accomodate me, about 5 minutes into the cleaning I started getting ill and started smelling a strong fragrance. He didn't know what he was doing, but I am so glad that EcoClean did! I have already referred them and they are now my go-to cleaning source.
