Review content:
Everything that Aaron24 said is true and more. Rednor-Risi go beyond mere incompetence - they are willfully negligent. They don't return phone calls. They take forever to fulfill a referral and you have to keep on top of them to get it done. They don't contact you to discuss test results and will not discuss them over the phone. You have to incur an office visit - if you're lucky to get one. Getting an appointment is near impossible. Unless, of course, you are interested in cosmetic surgery. In which case, they will fall all over themselves to serve you.
I've been going to them for well over 10 years. During that time they have been consistent in their belligerence, incompetence, and, yes, improper diagnoses. They make a lot of money off of cosmetic surgeries - an often cash business - and it shows. A small, simple but telling example: several years ago they removed all the magazines from the waiting room and replaced them with brochures for their cosmetic services. It may sound trite but it is indicative of how they view their medical patients - an inconvenience at best.
Too many screw-ups and other problems with them. We're currently looking to move our family to a new practice.
Pros: Plenty of sales brochures to read on cosmetic surgery...
Cons: ...while you wait up to an hour for your over-booked appt
