I would absolutely discourage anyone from using this dry cleaner. I dropped off a pair of pants that had a stain and when I came to pick them up, I was told the stain was not removable. No problem- I knew there was a strong chance they wouldn't be able to remove it. But then they told me I owed them $5.75 to pick up my ruined pants. This didn't make much sense and I asked how much it would have cost had they been able to remove the stain and the lady told me they don't charge if they can get the stain out. What kind of logic is that? I left my pants there to be donated, as I was not about to pay to get back a pair of pants that cannot be worn again. The prices at this dry cleaner are exorbitant and I will sacrifice convenience to travel a bit further to another dry cleaner.
Pros: convenient location
Cons: prices are simply ridiculous
