Review content:
I had been cuirious about Dalia's for years and finally went in last Friday night to check it out. I went with a friend and we wanted to hang out at the bar and have some dinner. The bartenders were fantastic. They allowed me to taste the wines because I was not sure what I wanted and really listened to what I liked. Good variety of wines by the glass, including one of the best dessert riesling I have ever had. The food was great. It was pretty empty, but we went in late and the staff said it is typically busier earlier and that many people come right off the T and go for a drink after work. There is outside seating available as well. While the menu is limited, both dishes ordered were excellent. I loved it so much, I made a reservation for Restaurant Week the next day. If you live in Washington Square, try it out! It's a great alternative to Publick House if you are looking for a bit of quiet and some great wine. Pros: Great wine selection, quiet, good food Cons: no TV. If you want to sit alone and eat, bring a book...
