Review content:
I was a long time student at Yoga Works in Santa Monica and when I moved to the Valley thought that nothing could beat its teachers or atmosphere. Then someone referred me to Black Dog. It's great! It's in a strip mall next to an In n Out - what a surprise. Beautiful floors and light, and great teachers. I've tried several and there haven't been any surprises or weird personalities. The only downside is that one studio is upstairs, near the lobby area, and the second is downstairs, so to get to that one you need to check in upstairs, walk along a balcony, then down stairs, and wait on the sidewalk in the parking lot for the door to open. It sounds worse than it is. All in all, I highly recommend it.
