If you played Chicago Public League High School football, and you didn't regularly play at Gately, then you probably played on a crappy team in an even crappy er (If that's a word) divison. This stadium has been the home field for the greatest south side teams since like forever. From the Keena Turner led Vocational teams of the mid seventies, to more recent powers like Morgan Park, and Hubbard, this stadium has hosted some great games that will be in the memories of south siders forever!
