First I shopped around read all the reviews then picked this salon. I had not gotten my hair cut in a year and it was well over due. Kristina was pleasant enough but her cut was horrible, noticeably chopped and not at all blended. When I pointed this out to her three times she tells me its my highlights that are causing this and there was nothing she could really do...huh? So I wondered why everyone in the salon who had highlights did not have a chopped up head of hair. When I left thank god I was able to find a friend of a friend to fix what supposedly was unfix-able and now YES my hair is blended well. Just mad that I actually paid them...I really should have just walked out.
