Moving to Portland recently from a small town, I had always dreamed of finding a ""big city salon"". Dathan Hunter Salon fulfilled my hopes and then some. Coming to the salon with extremely color damaged hair, Marie went through and expertly corrected, what I'm sure would have been a color nightmere for most stylists. What most stylists would see as a daunting task to stay far away from, she saw as a challenge to be embraced.My color was outstanding, multi-dimensional, bright, exactly the shade that I asked for without wrecking my hair. Kristina took my split and frayed ends from a horror story of a cut to something sleek, stylish, and best of all, shiny. My hair felt healthy for the first time in years. And let's not forgot Laura, who's upbeat personality was almost fun as the beautiful extentions she added in to my hair. The whole team has worked on my hair at one point or another, and I can sing nothing but praises for them. An absolute dream salon, Dathan Hunter is like comfort food for my hair.
