This is the worst place in the universe.!!!! I hate Nu Rock Management. They are unprofessional, rude, unorganized, and any negative adjective word you can think of. I lived at Thornberry Apts and practically resided with a million roaches. Pest Control??? No they came when they wanted to come which was 5 times a year. Its not like the stuff worked anyway. My bathroom wall was falling off and of course i told them. It wasn't until the tile wall literally fell( on my friends foot at that) that they came to fix it. 2 weeks later!!!!! There was black mold behind the tile but they just covered it up. Fighting and gun shots are the normal sounds around the neighborhood and what's the point of having a gate if it doesn't work nor do they try to fix it. The last day of my lease was the best day of my life at that point! 4 months later, i still haven't received my deposit check back. Their excuse: management at Thornberry has changed so much that they lost my files. Im taking them to small claims court at the end of the week. Don't live here or any apartment complex NuRock manages. They suck and even if your paying a dollar, your paying a dollar 2 much... DONT LIVE HERE. YOU WILL HATE YOUR LIFE FOR YOU WHOLE LEASE. they dont care about you. they just want your money. REALLY

Cons: everything else. Bad management, bad maintenance crew, bad
