I agree with the other comments. NuRock and the management is awful!!! My dad is 78 and dying of cancer but his rent is always paid on time yet he received a notice stating that he owed a late fee that looks to me like someones cell phone bill payment. In his lease it states that a late fee is $25 and he had to pay $124.99. Do the math!!!! I have tried on several occassions to speak with the management on his behalf but they are avoiding the situation. The management has changed seveal times and just in the past few months. I wouldnt recommend that the birds fly over this place. The crime is high and nothing is ever done about it. I had a car to be vandalized (7 -8 cars on the same night) and nothing was done about that either. The gate is never working and is always broken. Talking about living in hell on earth? This is it!!!!!! IF YOU ARE DRIVING BY ROBBINS CRESTE ON WASHINGTON RD EAST POINT GA STAND UP ON THE GAS PEDDLE AND DONT LOOK BACK!!!!!!
