Omg!!!! I'll start from the top. I first moved to Eagles run because I have bad credit. It was ok till my AC created a pond in my hall way. I called and called and finally 5 days later someone comes to check it out. It takes them three days to finally fix the whole problem and only cuz I bothered the hell out of them. Then the gun shots. Broken beer bottles in the parking lot. For goodness sakes there are kids there not to mention my car tires. So I'm fed up at this point I go to the head man in charge and let him know whats really going on. So he offers me to transfer to another location, Hidden Crest. In the beginning it felt so right. So I'm here paying $200 more than Eagles Run but I believed it was worth it. The management starts off good but those nice people moved on then the retards come in. I needed a filter and I waited on this filter for 2 months. They are gated, but the gate hasn't worked in 8 months. I'm not much of a , complainer, but when I pay for something I have certain expectations. They were and still aren't met to this day. So my downstairs neighbor let me know that when I wash clothes water leaks into her apt. We both let the management know, she moved because of it. This was in April. Of course because I informed management about the problem I leave it in their hands. It comes time for me to renew my lease, I do because location is good for me and BAD CREDIT. Right after, I start to see water and confused I tell them again about whats going on. Nothing done. Now it starts to smell, not only outside but in my apt. too. A friend comes over and he is curious of what and where the smell is coming from. Goes downstairs looks in the apt. and there is mold and mildew growing up the walls and doors. Maintainence has gone down there say they're working on it but it just gets worst. I've been sick and let them know and all they say is ""well you never let me know about it"" wtf....no offer to relocate me or nothing. I called the city. I need help.
