Review content:
Xian can be depended on every time to provide a beautiful, upscale dining experience with literally the best and most flavorful Chinese cuisine in town. We have eaten there at least twice a month for the past two years and have never received a meal that was short of excellent. The mango chicken and Tien-Tsin beef are particularly good; the vegetables are so fresh and crispy they taste as if they were literally just picked. The restaurant itself is lovely, complete with a beautiful mural of the Stone Soldiers. The wait staff is always friendly and helpful; if you take one sip out of your water glass they rush instantly to refill it. I think the prices are quite reasonable; our regualr entrees are between $12 and $14. Unlike the salty and greasy food served at most Chinese restaurants, Xian's cuisine is obviously geared toward a more refined palate. Excellent...every time. Pros: Wonderful cuisine, attentive and competent staff
