I've been to many salons throughout the area...always leaving disappointed in my cut. I must say Tapestry got it RIGHT! From the minute you walk in, you notice the salon is decorated beautifully! The feel of an upscale Manhattan salon.They greeted me with a smile and made me feel at home. They must have asked me 3 times if I would like a coffee, tea or water ( nice touch ) A Dirty Martini would have been a nice offer...and then I woke up! LOL The girl that washed my hair was gentle and personable. She brought me to my haircutter...I believe her name was Claudia. She looked at my thinning hair and was very responsive to my requests of a younger funky doo. AND DID SHE GET IT RIGHT! I was extremely impressed with the beautiful cut and blow-out I received. And, even more impressed by the way Claudia HEARD me! Toward the end of the styling a very professional woman approached to get some personal info on me for my next visit. Again, nice touch. What more can I say. It was a delight to go to Tapestry and they just won over a new client!
