Review content:
The coffee is more or less made as if they are in a constant/perpetual hurry, and is also piss-warm, almost as if they let it sit out all day.
Biggest Complaint: The last few times I've gone (last and final time was December 2009, after VERY rude treatment) I had to resist the urge to reach over the counter and wring their necks or put one between their eyes, particularly the general manager (I believe the name is Rachel?) (who is in effect, a useless, smarmy cockroach of a woman, and compensating for her own lack of professionalism. I gave a nice screaming phone call to tell her what I thought of her management and her staff).
Long story short: I would give zero stars if possible, and I pay decent money for Starbucks, and to not be treated so rudely by cliched, artsy coffemakers and their equally pathetic late 20s-30+ year-old loser general managers, who most likely cannot get jobs elsewhere.
Final Note- Go to the OTHER Starbucks down the street (at 22 E Chicago Ave # 106) from this one, if you live/visiting the Naperville area. The staff is certainly MUCH nicer/professional than this two-bit operation.
