Review content:
They are extremely expensive. Expect around 50 dollars for a normal 3 by 5 inch picture. The photographers spend at most 5 min ""preparing"". You can see your money being wasted. The service representatives on the phone are for the most part unexperienced and it takes them awhile to answer questions. Appointments mean little to them because every time I tried making them they were ""backed up"" so I had to wait at least half an hour in their office. There are so many much cheaper alternatives to getting good pictures that you would have to be out of your mind to come here. It's just not worth it.
