IF YOU HAVE TO SEND A PACKAGE, DO NOT DO IT WITH THIS UPS STORE! I CALLED AND ASKED TO CANCEL A PACKAGE I HAD TAKEN IN ON SATURDAY. THE OWNER, RAJA, WAS EXTREMELY RUDE AND BELIGERANT OVER THE PHONE AND EVEN HUNG UP ON ME BEFORE I COULD EXPLAIN WHAT I NEEDED. HIS CLAIM LATER WAS THAT HE ""HAD TOO MANY CUSTOMERS AT THE TIME"" - AS IF THAT GAVE HIM THE RIGHT TO TREAT ME IN SUCH A SURLY AND DISGRACEFUL MANNER.
