BEWARE!!! I recently bought two fish from them and now one is really sick. I called them and they told me they had a return policy where you cannot return a live fish and you can only return a dead fish within 48 hours. While I was on the phone with the ""fish specialist"", he told me to Google the fish's symptoms and couldn'tt even help me. I called them once again to have the employee tell me it was my fault the fish was sick (after only 3 days) and then asked what I wanted him to do about it. No sympathy or anything. Once they got the money, they don't care what happens. Whoever said they were knowledgable must be confused, because no one knows anything there. They put all of their animals in little cages so the're just as bad as Petland. They're also so expensive that I'd rather give my money to a chain pet store like Petsmart. These people are ridiculous and I have NO idea how they're still in business. Take my advice and don't even waste your time going there because the employees have no idea what they're talking about and they're basically robbing you with their prices.
