i think it is a little sad that people have to bad mouth a wonderful dentist. He is the most caring dentist i have ever brought my daughter to. From my understanding he works long hours so that he is able to see all of his patients. It takes a person with a heart to be able to do dentistry for public aid patients such as myself. There is only one other option in rockford and i dont want to mention that name but he is far more personable and is not a ""factory"" obviously these people have some other ultimatum to be saying things that he gets you hooked on meds. I have personally been to dentists that have pulled teeth and given me motrin and said to go home and sleep. I think this man should be praised for being able to see so many patients and help people that cannot afford dental insurance. I LOVE DR HANSEN I TAKE ALL 3 CHILDREN TO HIM. His staff seemed a little unorganized but im sure it is hard to find caring people like him. KUDOS TO YOU DOCTOR HANSEN
