FIRST OFF THEY WILL HIRE YOU UNDER FALSE PRETENSES!! IN TRAINING YOU WILL BE TOLD A MILLION DIFFERENT THINGS AND WHEN YOU GET ON THE FLOOR, YOUR SUPERVISORS WILL LIE AND COVER UP AND SAY YOU WERE NOT TOLD THE THINGS YOU KNOW YOU WERE. THEN WHEN ON THE PHONES, YOU WILL GET ZEROS FOR SAYING ""UH, AND, OH, YES"" AND OTHER EVERYDAY VERBAGE, THINGS YOU ARE NOT TOLD IN TRAINING. IF YOU ARE TOO NICE TO THE CUSTOMER, YOU WILL GET A ZERO. YOU WILL BE TOLD YOU ARE TAKING ORDERS BUT YOU WILL BE THE BUTT-END OF THE COMPLAINT LINES. YOU WILL BE ASSIGNED TO A QA AND BEWARE OFA WITCH IN QA WHO HAS BIGBALL EYES AND THINKS SHE IS ALL THAT WHEN SHE IS NOT NOTHING BUT A MERE TWITT !!! AND SHE KNOWS WHO SHE IS TOO.............SHE IS A STORY IN ITSSELF BUT A BIG JOKE ALSO!! IF YOU ARE ASSIGNED A BUCK-TOOTHED HAG WITH A ""LOST IN THE 80'S MULLET"" HAIR STYLE AS A SUP. , BEWARE SHE IS A BROWN-NOSER FOR THE HEAD MAN. SHE WILL LIE AND SAY YOU ARE ""DOING SO WELL"" WHEN SHE IS ALL THE TIME KNOWING YOU ARE IN THE PROCESS OF BEING WALKED OUT THE DOOR. SHE IS A FAKE AND A FAT LIER.............BEWARE OF SNITCHES ALL IN THE PLACE.....JUST TO GAIN GROUND. NO I AM NOT A DISGRUNTLED EMPLOYEE.....I AM A FORMER EMPLOYESS THAT IS TRYING TO WARN OTHERS OF A COMPANY THAT LIES TO YOU AS THE EMPLOYEE AND THEN HAS YOU LIE TO THE CUSTOMERS TO KEEP THEIR BUSINESS. CACE AND POINT, YOU TAKE AN ORDER AND YOU ARE TOLD YOU ARE TO TELL THE CUSTOMER YOU CAN NOT CANCEL IT ONCE IT IS MADE, WHEN ALL THE TIME YOU CAN , BUT YOU HAVE TO LIE SO THAT THE CUSTOMER HAS TO KEEP THE ORDER AND PAY THE EXPENSIVE SHIPPING FEES THEY CHARGE AND THEY CAN NOT REFUSE THE PKG, THEY HAVE TO PAY THE SHIPPING BACK . BY THEN THIS COMPANY HAS MADE MONEY OFF THE CUSTOMERS EVEN IF THEY DO NOT KEEP THE PRODUCT. ALL THE PRODUCTS ARE CHEAPLY MADE AND THEY KNOW THEY WILL BREAK AND ARE FAULTY BUT STILL FINDS A WAY TO CHEAT AND STEAL MONEY FROM CUSTOMERS. I HAVE FILED A REPORT WITH THE APPROPRIATE COMPANYS ,BEWARE OF THE RECRUITER THAT WILL INTERVEIW AND HIRE YOU IN H.R. SHE WILL LIE AND TELL YOU IT IS 85% ORDER ENTRY......WHEN IT IS 98% CUSTOMER COMPLAINTS AND THE 3% ORDERS YOU WILL TAKE. THEY WILL GIVE YOU ONLY 3 PRODUCTS TO START OUT KNOWING IN TRAINING TO GET YOU FOOLED BUT WHEN YOU GET ON THE FLOOR, YOU WILL BE BACK IN TRAINING AGAIN AND AGAIN FOR MORE PRODUCTS. THEY GAVE US 3 TO START OUT WITH AND SAID THAT WILL BE ALL YOU NEED TO KNOW ON THE FLOOR, WHEN WE GOT ON THE FLOOR, B4 I QUIT, I HAD TO HAVE THE KNOWLEGE OF 9 PRODUCTS! THAT IS ANOTHER LIE THEY WILL TELL YOU TO GET YOU IN THE DOOR. THEY LIE AND THEN THEY LIE SOME MORE! IF YOU ARE INTERESTED IN ANY CALL CENTERS, DONT GO TO INNOTRAC...... SO JOB SEEKERS PLEASE BEWARE OF INNOTRAC!
