Review content:
Our party of 11 had made a prior reservation. The restaurant was fairly busy with about 60-70 people. As n oted on the table tent there would be approximately 10 minutes between servings when busy. Nevertheless, after an h our and a half our group had only been served 3 pieces of pizza ($12.99 +$2.90 tip included). When we requested more pizza and noted our concern to the manager he came to the table and didn't believe us because his server had made 10 passes and initialed each pass. Well he might have made 10 passes but with each pizza only serving 10-12 slices and about 70 people seated in the restaurant...you can do the math. No apologies, no understanding or compassion. I have been in the business for over 35 years and I was appalled. Their bio states that the owner moved from New York to Salt Lake City, well he should go back to New York if that is his idea of customer service. We do not recommend this restaurant and will not be returning. I teach Hospitality Management and Culinary Arts and have yet another example of poor Hospitality. Pros: Interesting pizza combinations Cons: The poorest sesrvice I have experienced in twenty years
