OK so here is what it means to do ""Depth Psychology""with Sara Harris...I saw her for ten years and she said this is what we did.First, if you have a young daughter she will ask you to bring her in to meet with her alone.She will become a friend and confidant for your child, especially if you are a single parent with only this child.Now you have ""depth"" you cannot leave without hurting your child.Then Sara Harris will talk,talk, talk, you will not be able to get a word in edgewise.She will talk about her husband flirting with other women, her friends, family, vision quest, her pain...she will do Tarot cards,""the medicine wheel""flower therapy,Hypnosis although not licensed to,she will bang on a little bong,she will hold you in her lap,(this is all in her records)she may call you at your office up to five times a day as she did me, anything but let you talk.Her fee will change every other week but she paid our rent, bills, my gym membership, agreed to be the beneficiary on my life insurance policy, took care of our pets and home...so you may feel this offsets her charging you anwhere from nothing per session to whatever she decides her current fee is.Beware though because she charged me nothing for a long time and then hit me with a bill for thousands of dollars.I ended up suing Sara Harris for Sexual Battery by a Psychotherapist, Sexual Harassment and Medical Malpractice.The judge sanctioned her for $6000 for the destruction and altering of my therapy records.She attacked my daughter in the litigation using what my child had confided to her all those ten years to question my childs sexual orientation.My child says she will never see a therapist.This was definitely ""Depth Psychology"".Regardless of her training and ""experience"" Sara Harris is unethical, incompetent,and not safe,especially not for your child.
