My husband and I were in the store discussing various ski equipment and clothing and looking for a particular kind/fit of ski pants. My husband had a particular fit/style in mind and wasn't willing to compromise on this matter. After trying on several pairs and having no luck, one of the clerks (she might be the owner) asked me if I ever thought of putting a plastic bag over his head while he slept. Previous to this comment, I was looking at skis and she told him that he should send me somewhere warm while he went skiing since I had not been enjoying myself due to equipment problems. The customer service/editorial comments we received put a sour note on our visit. We will NEVER return to the Vertical Drop location in St. Charles or any of their locations for that matter. STAY AWAY!!!!!!!!
