Review content:
This complex is poorly managed. There is daily damage and vandalism done to the buildings, and when you complain there is no action taken. Their excuse is it is a large complex and those things happen, what do you expect us to do. They advertise gated community but there has been someone working the gate a total of 2 months out of a year. The attendant rarely gets out to check the vehicle entering the premise. There are some questionable residents and the hallways always smell of cigarettes b/c a number of tenets smoke in the stairwells, or hallways. Don't ever miss a utility bill, management puts a notice of eviction under door the follow day. The appliances are old and dishwasher doesn't clean. The apartments are small and very over priced. In one year the rent has raised twice and a total of $100. DON'T BE FOOLED BY THE OFFICE, every month there are changes and improvements made only to the management office to put on a facade.
Pros: usually find a parking space
Cons: highway noise, poor management, dirty, small, bad laundry facitilies
