Just so anyone who hasn't dined at the Blue Sage yet knows the food is simply superb! (Even if you're a carnivore) The salads are to die for...especially the Spinach Fresco and unless you get the side dish size you probably won't be able to finish this scrumptious combination of fresh baby spinach, baba ghanous stuffed roasted tomatoes, feta cheese, roasted pistachios topped off with a crispy frazzle of carrots in a sort of maple balsamic vinigriette. Can you tell I love this salad? There are plenty more house specialties to enjoy from their cubano grilled sandwiches to their Blue Corn Tacos and they make one of the best cups of coffee in town.
Pros: creative cuisine, friendly servers, great music
Cons: parking is very tight, slightly expensive
