Review content:
I've bought two cars from them...most recently in April '10, when I bought a MK6 GTI. In both purchases, I worked with Rick Kiker and I had a good experience buying the cars. I financed with VW and had a good experience with the finance specialist, too. He was not crafty but pleasantly professional...and kind even...just like Rick. These guys seem to get it that you don't need to be tricky with people...just fair and professional. I also deal with their service department for my servicing and those guys do me right, also. Somebody is paying attention at this dealership and it shows. They are hiring the right kind of people there, it seems. I've also dealt with all the other VW dealerships in the Atlanta metro and the difference is huge. How huge? Well...I live in Marietta and drive to Stone Mountain to deal with these guys specifically. It's about an hour plus drive (or more with traffic). There are 3 other VW dealerships I pass along the way there, the closest of which is only a few miles from home. Dwight Harrison is the furthest Atlanta area dealer from where I live. What does that tell you?
