Review content:
I had an awful experience with the service department. A problem on my car was not detected, after multiple visits and concerns. The problem escalated and not only caused me to be stranded on a highway, it also left me without transportation for 4 days (service dept did not provide a loaner vehicle) and a loss of a lot of money $$$$. The repair labor totaled twice the amount of the new engine part cost.
