Valley Fair Realty managed four of my properties and cheated me of a lot of money. They charge on work that is not necessary. An excellent company will work for you. I guarantee you will lose a lot of money with this company in Yuba City. They are really incompetent when it comes to managing properties and will not work in your best interest. They are dishonest and they cheat! This is not a good company to work with.
