I am not a local I am from New York City. I come here for business. I have traveled to many parts of the US and by far Chicago Prime Steak House is the highest quality Steak House in the US! Peter Luger's, EB Greens, Smith & Wollensky Steak House, Morton's Steak House, Ruth Chris, Magnums, Palm, Dylan Prime, The Chop House all must learn many things from Chicago Prime. The original Prime Rib ""Maggie's Cut"" is amazing. They have a wonderful selection of meats, seafood and a delightful selection of LARGE sides. The breading pudding is an absolute must it's not your typical sliced portion of bread pudding. The service is so perfect you think you are dreaming.
