Review content:
After reading all these recommendations, my GF and I decided to try it for New Years Eve. We had reservations for 6 PM, but didn't get seated at our booth by the front door until almost 6:30. My GF asked if me if the booth was acceptable and I hesitantly said it was fine. The maitre d' butted in and claimed it was all they could do on NYE. Nice comment a-hole. Our waiter did not see us for over 10 minutes and when he did, he just said ""Can I take your drink order?"" Gee thanks, but since we hadn't seen a drink menu we declined and left the place. We did see the food menu, which had 2 troubling notes. 1. ""Horseradish and other sauces were $3"". and 2. ""Please be considerate of other diners. "" How cheap of a ""Prime Steakhouse"" to charge for horseradish on a $40+ steak. And how about the wait staff be attentive to me if they want me to be considerate of other diners, whatever that means. We were really looking forward to this place, but left without even a drink. I'll stick to Mortons.
Cons: Crappy service. Reservations were useless.
