If you want an estimate, (WA. state law) a reciept for cash or honesty...go elsewhere. Deep pockets are required. I am 57 years old and have been in the car hobby for many years. ""paint & body"" work is difficult but not impossible to estimate. Mark Cain insistits it is. He also added 40 hours of work to a stopped project, plus refused to refund materials already paid for. He insisted on cash for the final payment to avoid his name on a check. I am amazed he continues to do business in Washington State.
