Review content:
I had breakfast there and, while the food I had was OK, it certainly not what the reviews would lead you to believe. I am willing to wait for a good meal, but the worst part of the wait is that the waiting area, such as it is, is one of the most cramped, claustrophobic spaces imaginable. The worst...
If I remember correctly, they don't even offer omelets; they have scrambles. Is it too hard to make an omelet? Too many people confuse a lot of food with good food. There is a difference. There are plenty of other places that serve much better food and it doesn't take much to beat the surroundings.
For the folks who say this is the best in Seattle: Get over it. Maltby is nowhere near Seattle and this doesn't rank with Seattle's better diners.
Cons: average food, cramped
