Review content:
I went to the Saturn Dealership after scouring the Northwest for a used car. I had the make and model in mind and checked out numerous dealerships. I went to the Saturn dealer in Renton that had an ad on Craigslist for the car I was looking for. The thing I had to get over was that they really didn't want to haggle with me. why? Because their price was the best, and was accurately represented in both Kelly Blue Book and Nada Guides, which they showed me (and I independently validated at home). They also showed me the CarFax report and explained as much as they could about one minor item reported on there. I was greeted by a friendly salesman and when I got into my haggle mode I got a chance to meet the GM who wasn't interested in my low offers but did move on the price closer to my budget. 6 weeks later, I can say I am very satisfied with the overall experience. The car is running great with no issues. I believe I got the car, as advertised, at the best price in the region. (Note, I visited 3 other dealerships, including one that was the dealrship for the car make I bought, who all had their prices artificially inflated by 3-5 k, on a car I ended up buying for around 13k)...Not sure if the previous reviews are current, but as the management recently changed at this dealership and my experience was fine. Just get used to not haggling, but do your research and validate prices on your own so if you get shut down in the haggle, you at least know you are getting a fair price. Pros: No haggle pricing lowest in Northwest Cons: They could a better job calming down initial fears (Carfax)
