Always compare the Sammamish prices to the Renton and Issaquah prices! I called the Sammamish shop to get a quote on a transmission flush for my wife's Acura. They told me it took a special fluid and it would be $204.00. That seemed high to me so I called the Renton and Issaquah shops and they quoted me $119.00! That's almost double so I called Sammamish back and he explained that the others dont flush the torque converter and have lesser equip and that penzoil costs more than Castrol. That is a load of crap. I called Renton back and they said that all the shops have the same equip and that my car does not take a special kind. I WAS a loyal customer for 8 years and this is the first and last time they will try to rip me off. I'm glad i know enough to not get taken and I hope this helps others in Sammamish to not get ripped off either.
