Review content:
Echoing the previous reviewer, stay away from this place! I believed the positive reviews from Google, and I should have checked the ones from CitySearch. My car was recently vandalized resulting in broken glass and glass dust all over the interior. I decided to take my car in for a full detail here. When I came to pick it up, there was still glass dust everywhere. Andy agreed to redo the job for free. When I brought it in again, he had the nerve of trying to weasel out of redoing the detail by stating he would just vacuum the seats. I reminded him of what he agreed to on the phone. Unfortunately, it did not look like they did anything the second time around. When I complained, they became condescending, stating that I shouldn?t expect them to get all of the glass. For an auto detail shop, cleaning up broken glass and glass dust should be something they know how to do. Yes, it is possible to completely clean up broken glass and glass dust if you clean it up CORRECTLY. In two hours, my dad was able to completely clean up all of the glass in my vehicle- something that this company could not accomplish in two ?professional? auto details. He even found larger broken glass chunks inside the door area and in the trunk. So much for the thoroughness of Automax?s staff.
