I went into Generations day spa a few days ago to inquire about making an appointment. They were rude and ignored me for a full four minutes while staring into a screen and bantering with each other! No customer service whatsoever. I finally got some curt information and a lot of ""Oh...yeah. I don't know."" Could you FIND OUT?? I decided to book the appointment because the ""spa"" was convenient for me and I like to give second chances. I came in a little early and there were four people behind the desk...all staring at me while I spoke about having booked a pedicure and waxing. SO embarrassing. They looked me up and down without smiling like I was beneath them or something. They told me to sit and wait and they would tell the person doing my pedicure I was waiting. The girl NEVER moved from her seat and I waiting 15 minutes AFTER my booking time when finally the woman had to come out and ask me what I was waiting for. Turns out I was waiting for her and no one ever told her I was out there!! I was SO mad!! I go into the room and the lady (a very nice lady from Nepal) did my pedicure. She was awesome but I could not close my eyes and relax for one second for staff shouting, laughing and stomping their heels loudly back and fourth outside the door. Blabbing on and on about ""mandatory store meetings"" and stuff you don't want to hear while getting a ""relaxing"" foot massage. Plus the staff kept barging in looking for towels like at least a dozen times!! There is no way to relax in this rude, loud, unprofessional place where they ignore you when you come in and don't respect your time. While the lady did a great job on my pedicure, I feel she deserves to work in a classier place. While I was waiting in the lobby, a girl asked two staff members about a price. They both told her..""Yeah, just a minute"" and continued their conversation about how to use their computer! It took TEN minutes to actually help this poor young lady! Customers should come first!! Pros: Nice pedicure Cons: Rude and unprofessional. Non-relaxing atmosphere!!
