Review content:
My experience with J C Penny Portrait Studios in Vancouver was like a bad fever dream. I showed up on time for my appt, then they told me they were running behind and to come back in 1/2 hour, I came back a little earlier, and they said since they didn't know where I was they moved on to the next person, then my 1 year old and I got to wait another 1/2 hour. When the ""photographer"" was finally done answering phones and helping other people she came and asked my about backgrounds, I then told her I had two outfits for my child which they told me to bring when I made the appoitment. She said ""2 outfits! what outfit! you can't have two outfits!"". No idea what she was freaking out about. The appointment basically consisted of her making really loud sounds to my daughter which were suppose to make her laugh, but actually terrorfied her and being extremely rude to me. An hour and 45 min later, we left with no photos.
