I've been sewing since I was 12, on all sorts of machines, and I've become a Babylock convert, thanks to Bob, Ruth, and especially Kristin! Their customer service is wonderful, and their patience with customers seems to be infinite. I've bought way too many machines from Totem Lake Sewing, but I don't regret any of them--I've even sent friends and family to Kris, and their experiences have been the same as mine--courtesy, friendliness, patience and knowledge seem to be the motto of this store. And their prices are the best in the area!!!
Pros: The best customer service ever
Cons: They aren't next door to me!
