I was treated with a terrible amount of disrespect by the phone receptionist at the Glass Doctor. They rescheduled my appointment. I in turn cancelled it (very kindly I might add). I was thanking her for her time and apologizing for any inconvenience I may have caused them and before I could finish my sentence she hung up on me. I will never take any business to this establishment nor will I recommend it to ANYBODY! I will go out of my way to tell people not to bring them business. FIRE YOUR RECEPTIONIST!!!!!
