Businiess name:  Orchard Grove Mobile Home Park

Review content:
Beautful park, great neighbors, and cheap lot rent. However, the place has been on the market and since it initialy was zoned medium residential, we almost got scraped by a developer. There is strong support to residentialy own the park to keep it affordable. I hope that this asperation will be accomplished. I have moved on to other pastures but it was a wonderful experience. If the park wasn't for sale still I would give it a four. If it becomes residentially owned and the renters are not paying the cost of replaceing/updating the infrustructure (keeping lot rents under $600.00/month) I would give it a five. Another thing about mobile homes. If you can afford it, buy a new one or something that can carry a mortgage.
