I made a large purchase at Joann Fabrics on March 19, 2012 the total came to over 1300.00 when I checked my receipt the following day and saw discrepencies on sale items my assistant weent back to return only but a few items we decided to stay with less than 100.00 worth because we are a non for profit we have a resale tax exempt # anyhow they said the could not give us more than 200.00 in cash back & it would have to come from Corporate and could take oveer 2 wks. We decided to return upto 200.00 cash there and proceed to the other JF in Kendall. Tehy say they have a problem with thier system it drops the second sku if it is the same. Although they have returned some of the funds we are having a problem with another portion of our return we are now out of the product and cash that we paid for the product. We are now going into May and they are giving us the run around please check your receipts and count the # of items that are being returned. I am looking into going to an attorney & I am going to open a case w/our Atorney General to probe their dealins.
